What is an adult family home?
An adult family home (AFH) is a licensed residential home in Washington that provides room, board and personal care to a small number of adults. Each of our homes is licensed for 6 residents, offering the attention of a family setting with professional care.
Who owns and runs your homes?
Both homes are owned and operated by a nurse practitioner (ARNP) who previously worked as an ICU registered nurse. That clinical background guides how we assess, monitor and care for every resident.
What medical support is available?
Residents receive monthly Home doctor visits, consulting pharmacist oversight and direct pharmacy delivery, along with nurse practitioner oversight and 24/7 caregivers.
What kinds of care needs can you support?
We support dementia care, diabetes management, mental health needs, mobility assistance and hospice care. Contact us to talk about your loved one’s specific needs.
How much does care cost?
Monthly rates depend on the level of care each resident needs. We complete an assessment before move-in and provide a clear, written rate.
What payment options do you accept?
TODO: List accepted payment sources (e.g. private pay, long-term care insurance, Medicaid/COPES, VA benefits).
Which home is right for my loved one?
Both homes offer the same standard of care. SK Living Adult Family Home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac near River Road; DSK Living Adult Family Home is close to MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital. We’ll help you choose based on availability and needs.
